Global Village is Dubai’s open-air world fair: pavilions for dozens of countries, street food from every continent, a funfair called Carnaval and stage shows every night. Season 31 opens on Wednesday 14 October 2026 at 6pm and runs until May 2027. Entry is Dh25 Monday to Thursday and Dh30 Friday to Sunday and on public holidays. The entry ticket is the cheap part. Food, rides and parking are what decide the cost of a night out, which is why there is a calculator below.

Ticket prices for Season 31
Prices are the same as last season, with one change: Sunday is now charged at the weekend rate. Last season the Dh25 ticket was valid Sunday to Thursday. This season Dh25 covers Monday to Thursday only. A ticket is for one entry on the day type you buy.
- Free entry in past seasons: children under 3, adults aged 65 and over, and people of determination with one companion. Check the official site for Season 31 before you rely on it.
- VIP packs range from about Dh1,890 to Dh7,900 and include entry passes, VIP parking and ride credits. The Mega Gold and Mega Silver packs, which add Dubai Parks and Resorts passes, sold out in pre-sale.
- Buy only from official channels. Fake ticket sellers appear on social media every season.
What will your Global Village night cost?
Entry is the small part. Add food, rides and how you get there.

Parking and how to get there
| Option | Cost | Good to know |
|---|---|---|
| P1, P3, P5 | Free | About 400 to 450 metres from Gate of the World. Full early on busy nights |
| P7 to P11 overflow | Free | Weekends and busy days, about 1km from Cultural Gate. Free shuttle, or rickshaw from Dh10 |
| Paid Parking 2 | Dh75 a day | Near Happiness Gate |

| RTA bus | Nol fare | Routes 102, 103, 104 and 106 from about 3:15pm to 11:15pm, around 30 minutes |
Leaving is the slow part. On Friday and Saturday nights the exits back onto the main road queue for a long time after 11pm. If you came by car, leave before the last show finishes or stay until the crowd thins. Bus fares and Nol card tips are in our public transport costs guide.
What is inside
Reports for Season 31 put it at 29 pavilions representing more than 90 cultures, with over 3,500 shops. Each pavilion is a mix of market stalls and food: think Turkish sweets and lamps, Yemeni honey, Indian textiles, Thai street food and Iranian saffron. Last season ran more than 40,000 performances, and the organisers plan weekly parades and fireworks this season.
- Carnaval: the funfair, with up to 200 rides and games. Rides are paid separately from your entry ticket.
- Dragon Kingdom: a walk-through attraction with 11 themed rooms.
- The Little Wonderers: an indoor adventure park for young children at Carnaval.
- Gardens of the World and an expanded Main Stage for headline shows.
- Fiesta Street and the Dessert District for food. Organisers say more new attractions will be revealed around opening night.
Best time to visit, and other tips
- Go Monday to Thursday. It is Dh5 cheaper per person and far less crowded.
- Arrive at 4pm or just before sunset. You see the pavilions in daylight and queue less for rides between 6pm and 7pm.
- Tuesdays were reserved for women and families in past seasons, except on public holidays. Check the website before you go.
- Carry small notes. Not every stall takes cards, and bargaining is normal in the pavilion shops.
- Leave scooters, bikes and pets at home. They are not allowed in, and filming for commercial use needs a permit.
- October and November evenings are the most comfortable. December and January weekends are the busiest of the season.
Thinking of trading there rather than visiting? Pavilion and kiosk spaces are one route small businesses use to test a product. Our guide to starting a small business at UAE community markets covers the licences.
